A project management meeting took place online on the 12 February 2025. Contact teachers from partner schools got together to agree on the next project steps.
Management of project funds
The project coordinator informed the project partners about the meeting costs and invoicing the costs of the first two project meetings in Sweden and Estonia. The future project costs for the project meetings in Lithunia and Finland were discussed, too.

Project meeting in Lithuania in May 2025
The contact teacher of the hosting school presented the preliminary meeting agenda for 12 – 16 May 2025 and the meeting participants had the possibility to ask questions. The contact teachers also agreed on the deadline for sharing participant info with the hosting school.
Project meeting in Finland in September 2025
The project coordinator presented a draft of the meeting programme for the project meeting 8 – 12 September 2025 in Helsinki. The meeting participants will have the possibility to visit local museums and participate in workshops with topics “Baltic Sea” and “Cultural heritage” at Aalto University, Harakka island and Suomenlinna.
Next project steps
February and March are busy months: Many different theme days will be organized. Each partner school is responsible for sharing tips on how to celebrate on of the theme days. Next theme day will take place on 21 February. The Finnish-Russian school in Helsinki has shared tips on how to celebrate the international Mother Language day.
